Saint Honoré

An Italian interpretation of the classic Saint Honoré, composed with delicate layers and traditional pastry techniques.

A base of house-made puff pastry is layered with rings of vanilla and chocolate diplomatic cream, followed by a light sponge cake gently brushed with Solerno liqueur syrup.  The cake is finished with softly whipped cream and additional piping of diplomatic cream.

Crowned with cream puffs filled with vanilla pastry cream and dipped in lightly caramelized sugar, each element is made from scratch and thoughtfully assembled to create a dessert that is both refined and richly layered in flavor and texture.
