Signature Cake Collection
A curated collection of cakes designed in the signature style of Sincerely, Sarah. Thoughtful ingredients, delicate buttercream work, and seasonal inspiration come together to create cakes that are both beautiful and effortless for your celebration.
Handcrafted in small batches with carefully sourced ingredients.
Intentional Ingredients
At Sincerely, Sarah, we source locally whenever possible, honoring both quality and freshness in every ingredient we choose.
From Nearby Farms
Our eggs, milk, butter, cream, yogurt, sour cream, and raw honey come directly from trusted local farms. During the summer months, fruit is sourced from a local fruit farm at peak ripeness. We carefully preserve the season’s harvest by freezing it at its freshest, allowing us to carry that just-picked flavor through the seasons.
Pure & Thoughtful
All farm produce is non-GMO and never treated with post-harvest preservatives or wax. We never use artificial preservatives, stabilizers, or additives — ever. The only preservative we incorporate is raw local honey.
Balanced by Design
Sugar enhances — it never overpowers. Each recipe is crafted so natural flavors shine first.
Inspired by Nature
Edible flowers, sourced from a local family flower farm, bring beauty and intention to our creations.
Even our water is chosen with care: every recipe is made using Berkey filtered water.
Because exceptional creations begin with exceptional ingredients.
Custom Cakes
Each custom cake from Sincerely, Sarah is thoughtfully designed to reflect the beauty and meaning of your celebration.
From elegant florals to hand-painted details, every cake is crafted with carefully sourced ingredients and finished with refined buttercream work.
From the Pâtisserie
All of our breads, croissants, rolls, and yeasted pastries are crafted using our house sourdough starter alongside traditional baker’s yeast.
This slow, natural fermentation develops deeper flavor, refined texture, and greater digestibility. We never use bleached or brominated flour, and allowing the dough to ferment gently creates baked goods that feel lighter and thoughtfully made.
Time, patience, and intention are essential ingredients in every batch.
