About Sincerely, Sarah

A Boutique Pittsburgh Pâtisserie

Hi, I'm Sarah — the baker, designer, and heart behind Sincerely, Sarah.

What began as a love for baking and gathering grew into something more intentional when I found myself searching for a bakery that prioritized pure, thoughtfully sourced ingredients—the kind I would confidently serve at my own table.

I also found pastries that were visually beautiful, yet lacked the depth of flavor and texture I was hoping for. I believe every dessert should feel complete—exceptional in both taste and presentation.

So I began creating what I couldn't find.

Craftsmanship & Values

Today, Sincerely, Sarah is a boutique Pittsburgh pâtisserie rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and connection. I specialize in bespoke centerpiece cakes and refined pâtisserie, with each creation thoughtfully crafted from carefully sourced ingredients and guided by the changing seasons.

My work is inspired by European pâtisseries, antique botanical illustrations, and the quiet beauty found in nature. Rather than following trends, I strive to create cakes that feel timeless—where delicate buttercream work, seasonal flowers, hand-painted details, and thoughtful composition come together with understated elegance.

Above all, I value quality over shortcuts, intention over excess, and sincerity in every detail.

The Beauty of Memory

Some of our strongest memories are tied to food.

A birthday cake remembered decades later. The scent of fresh bread from childhood. A favorite café discovered while traveling. A family recipe made so often it was never written down.

There is something extraordinary about the way flavor can transport us. My hope is that every cake and pastry carries that same sense of familiarity and place—comforting, timeless, and deeply personal—while becoming part of someone else's memories.

Made With Purpose

From naturally leavened breads to delicately finished celebration cakes, every creation is made with purpose—beautiful on the outside, exceptional on the inside.

Whether it's an intimate birthday, a wedding, or a simple gathering around the table, it is a privilege to create something that will be shared, celebrated, and remembered.

Made sincerely,

Sarah
