Hi, I’m Sarah — the baker, designer, and heart behind Sincerely, Sarah.
What began as a love for baking and gathering grew into something more intentional when I found myself searching for a bakery that prioritized pure, thoughtfully sourced ingredients — the kind I would confidently serve at my own table.
I also often found pastries that were visually beautiful, yet lacked the depth of flavor and texture I was hoping for. I believe the experience should feel complete — exceptional in both taste and presentation.
So I began creating what I couldn’t find.

Today, Sincerely, Sarah is a boutique Pittsburgh patisserie rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and connection. I specialize in bespoke centerpiece cakes and refined patisserie, each creation thoughtfully crafted from locally sourced ingredients and guided by seasonality.
My work is shaped by simple values: quality over shortcuts, intention over excess, and sincerity in every detail.
The Beauty of Memory
Over time, customers have shared that my baking reminds them of someone they once loved — a grandmother’s kitchen, a family tradition, a recipe remembered but never written down. Others say it brings them back to a favorite café in Europe or a place that lingers warmly in memory.
