Flourless Triple Chocolate Cake

Three incredible chocolate layers make up this rich, but light cake!  A brownie-like cake for a base, a whipped chocolate ganache middle layer, similar to a mousse, and cocoa on top!  Naturally gluten-free, contains no flour of any kind.  9 inch cake, serves 8 - 10.
