Citrus, Cream, and Berry Cake

Soft sponge cake, flavored with fresh orange and lemon zest, as well as brushed with an orange-lemon syrup, and covered with a mascarpone whipped cream, with meringue folded into it.  Topped with fresh berries and smooth homemade lemon curd.  9 inch cake, serves 10.
