Tomato & Goat Cheese Tarts (Half Dozen)

Our homemade puff pastry base, filled with sautéed onions, garlic, and fresh tyme.  Topped with crumbled goat cheese, fresh tomatos and basil, and romano cheese.  Each tart is approximately 6 1/2 inches.  A half dozen tarts.
