Blood Orange Meringues (Half Dozen)

Crisp on the outside, and marshmellow-like on the inside.  Flavored with Solerno blood orange liqueur, contains lovely pieces of homemade candied orange peel inside for an extra burst of fresh orange flavor.  Naturally gluten free, does not contain flour of any kind.  A half dozen meringues.
